Shake your hips like you are scrubbing the floor, while being kind to your knees on your couch.
Then lunge with your left foot on the couch. Make sure you use an exercise ball for stability. (You can also do this on your stairs if you promise to hold the railing)
Finish by laying on your left side for about 5-10 minutes.
